Your Account Protection
Never share your OTP code with anyone. 678pet staff will never ask for your OTP code. Your OTP is a secret code designed to protect your account — if a third party gets hold of it, they can access your account. Refuse any OTP request immediately and notify our support team.
If you notice any unusual login activity or suspicious transactions, contact 678pet's 24-hour Live Chat right away. Change your password as soon as possible and make sure two-step verification is turned on. Our support team will help investigate and can temporarily lock your account if needed.
The only official 678pet website is 678pet.today. Always check the domain name before logging in. Watch out for sites that look like ours but use a different domain. Also check for the green SSL padlock in your browser. If anything looks suspicious, don't enter your details — contact us directly instead.
Two-Step Verification significantly increases your account security. Every time you log in, you'll need to confirm with an OTP code sent to your phone, making it much harder for anyone else to access your account. To enable this setting, contact our support team through 678pet's Live Chat.
Responsible Gaming
You can reach our support team via 678pet's 24-hour Live Chat or by email at [email protected] to request a limit or temporary pause on your gaming activity. You can also read more on 678pet's Responsible Gaming page.
You can contact our support team to set a personal deposit limit. This helps make sure you don't spend more than you can afford and supports a responsible gaming approach.
Betting more than you can afford, chasing losses, neglecting family or work responsibilities because of gambling, and feeling like you can't stop — these are all signs of problem gambling. If any of these apply to you, contact us right away and you can request a temporary pause on your account.
You must be 21 years of age or older to play at 678pet. This is a strict requirement and valid proof of age must be provided at the time of registration. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to participate in any form of gaming.
Slots FAQ
A Progressive jackpot is a format where the jackpot amount grows gradually with every spin placed by players. Any spin could be the lucky one that wins the big jackpot — after which the amount resets and starts building again. You can find progressive jackpot slots at 678pet to suit your target amount.
Volatility (Variance) refers to how a slot game pays out. High Volatility slots may take longer to pay out but the amounts can be large, while Low Volatility slots pay out more frequently but in smaller amounts. Choose a volatility level that matches your play style and budget.
If your budget is tight, go for Low Volatility slots or slots with a low minimum bet per spin. This gives you more rounds for your money, lets you play longer, and keeps the fun going. 678pet has a wide range of slots to suit different bet sizes.
A Free Spin is a bonus feature where you get to spin without spending your own money. Any winnings from those spins are yours to keep as normal, and the number of Free Spins varies by game. You can earn Free Spins by landing Scatter symbols in-game or through bonus promotions.

Online Casino Games
Live Dealer games are run by a real human dealer, and players can watch and play in real time through a live video stream. Games like Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger give you a live casino experience right from home.
Roulette is a game where you predict where the ball will land on a wheel numbered 0 to 36. You can bet on a specific number, or choose broader combinations such as Red/Black or Odd/Even. At 678pet Live Casino, the dealer runs the game, making it easy for new players to pick up.
In Dragon Tiger, one card each is dealt to the Dragon and Tiger sides, and you bet on which side will have the higher card. It is simpler and faster than Baccarat, with only three options — Dragon, Tiger, or Tie — making it a great game for beginners. You can play it at 678pet Live Casino.
Every table at 678pet Live Casino has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, so players can choose a table that fits their budget. Low-stakes tables are available for those with a smaller budget, and High Limit tables are available for those who want to play with larger amounts.
Yes, you can play 678pet Live Casino directly in your mobile browser — no app download needed. 678pet's mobile layout and UI are designed so you can enjoy smooth live streaming on both smartphones and tablets.
