Welcome and Agreement to Terms
By using the 678pet platform, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these terms and conditions. This document forms a legal agreement between 678pet and you. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
This platform is open only to users aged 21+. Minors and anyone under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing or playing. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
Eligibility Requirements
Age Restriction
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the 678pet platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to access or play on this website in any way. If we find that an account was registered with a false age, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.
Compliance with Local Laws
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that they access 678pet from a location where doing so is permitted under the laws of their country or region. If we find that a player is acting in violation of applicable laws, we will be unable to continue providing services to them.
Restricted Persons
678pet employees, their immediate family members, and employees of partner companies affiliated with our platform are not eligible to register as regular players. Any breach of this rule will result in the relevant account being closed.
One Account Per Person
Each player may open only one account. Duplicate accounts opened by the same player, or accounts opened from the same network (IP address) as a family member, will be reviewed and dealt with accordingly.
Account Registration & Personal Information
When registering an account on the 678pet website, you must provide accurate and complete information. We may carry out identity verification checks at any time.
Accurate Information
When registering, you must correctly enter your real name, date of birth, contact number (phone), and payment account details. We are not responsible if you are unable to withdraw funds due to incorrect information provided.
Password Security
Players must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account.
Account Verification
We reserve the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage. When verification is required, the player must submit a copy of their ID or proof of payment. If you refuse to cooperate with the verification process, withdrawals will not be processed.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policies
Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

Withdrawal Processing Time
We process withdrawal requests within 10 to 45 minutes. Verification procedures may occasionally cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking network issues.
Payment Verification
All payments must be made using the name registered on your account. Third-party payments (for example, depositing via a family member's KBZPay) are generally not accepted. If your situation is unusual, please contact our customer support team in advance.
Chargebacks & Freezes
If we suspect a payment dispute, fraud, or money laundering, we may suspend the account and begin an investigation even before any withdrawal is processed. We will act once the investigation is complete, and depending on the outcome, the account will either be reinstated or permanently closed.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
678pet offers bonuses and promotion rewards to enhance the playing experience for our players. Once a bonus is accepted, the following terms apply immediately.
Welcome Bonus
For your first deposit, we offer a 120% bonus equal to 120% of your deposit amount. The maximum bonus amount is 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must complete a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount.
Wagering Calculation Example
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks
- Deposit 840,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,340,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks
Bonus Restrictions
When using a bonus, any winnings generated are only available for withdrawal after the wagering requirement is fully met. If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is complete, the bonus balance and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
If we find that a player's bonus is being used in combination with other people's accounts or the player's own duplicate accounts, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited without adjustment, and the account may be investigated.
Player Responsibilities
Every player must manage their own playing habits and play responsibly. 678pet supports responsible gambling and places special importance on preventing gambling harm.
Set Your Own Limits
Set a budget for yourself in advance and do not play beyond it. Gambling is for entertainment only — do not treat it as a way to make money.
Limit Your Play Time
Do not play for too long — manage your session time and take regular breaks. If gambling is interfering with your daily life, stop immediately and contact our customer support team.

Prohibited Actions
Players are strictly prohibited from carrying out the actions listed below. Violations may result in account closure or legal action.

- Playing using bots or automation software
- Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or exploits
- Bonus abuse through fraudulent means — including the use of duplicate networks
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
- Selling or transferring an account to a third party or third-party company
- Deliberately using this platform to conceal criminal activity
- Using abusive language toward staff, fellow players, or support in a way that causes immediate harm
Account Suspension / Closure Policy
Temporary Suspension
We may temporarily suspend a player's account while an investigation is underway, during a bonus misuse review, or when a payment dispute has arisen. The player will be notified of the outcome once the investigation is complete.
Permanent Closure
If a clear violation of Section 6 prohibitions is proven, we may permanently close the account without prior warning and withhold any remaining balance. The player will be notified of that decision immediately.
Voluntary Closure
A player may contact customer support to request a temporary Self-Exclusion on their own account. An account placed under Self-Exclusion will not be reopened during that period. This is part of our responsible gambling protection.
Withdrawals After Closure
If a player voluntarily closes their account and a balance from completed wagering requirements remains, that balance will be paid out after verification. For accounts closed due to a violation, any remaining bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonuses will not be returned.
